object poem

Object Poem

By: Jameise Moore

Hello World My Name is Bottom Foot.
Im am the bottom of your shoe.
Certain people might think it’s cool to
Be the bottom of a shoe but its not. Your face
Starts to hurt from begin walked on all day and
Also your owner probably steps in dog dodo
That’s not a great taste. NOT AT ALL! But sometimes
It is good on rainy days. You want to know why because they put on there rain boots. They don’t
Have to walk on me because im a summer shoe
Not a winter shoe. You can only where me when
It’s nice out. Or maybe you can wear me in the
Winter I actually don’t know but you should know
I have feelings to so only wear me when I need to
Be worn.

Trouble Don’t Last Long.
By: Jameise Moore

_if these four walls could
Quietly speak.
They would softly say “Her
Pain runs deep”
These four walls just happen
To know what’s in my soul
They know that my stress
And problems are starting
To take a toll. I look around
And see life is struggle
Like begin poor not having
Money to buy food for
Your child. The problems
I know what they are but I try
My best to be strong
Because trouble don’t last
Long.
If I let all this trouble get me
Down I will never be able to get back up again
My spirit would be as low as
The ground.
But I can’t let that happen
Today or any day I got to
Be strong because I know
Troubles don’t last long.

Short Response: The Edge is Where I Want To Be

What is the author's viewpoint on life in "The Edge is Where I Want to Be?"

The Author's viewpoint on life in The Edge is Where I Want To Be is you have to be on the edge to live life dont go to far back and not over. When she says not to far back that means dont be affraid to give EDGE a try . Also when she says no over that means live on the edge but dont go blastic. In the poem it says "on the edge you dont know what anyone is going to do or say. She wants people to think you have to live life to the fullest. That also means you have to live on the egde to do things you normaly wouldnt do.
